Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026 · Applies to the Evo of Strength app and website

Evo of Strength (EOS) is a strength-training log built to keep your data in your hands. This page explains, in plain language, what the app handles, where it lives, and the choices you have.

01What we store, and where

EOS keeps a log of your strength training — your workouts, exercises, body weight, sex (used for strength-level comparison), progress and settings. It also keeps the profile name shown on your account. This data is stored on your own device first.

EOS uses an account, so a copy of your data is also kept securely in the cloud. That is what lets you move between devices and restore everything if you change phones. Your data is never shared with anyone else, and never used for advertising.

02Signing in

You can sign in with an email address or with your Google account. If you sign in with Google, we also receive the name on your Google profile, which becomes your display name in EOS. We use this only to recognise you and keep your account secure — to sign you in and help you recover access. Your email, name or Google identity is never shared with anyone else, and never used for advertising.

03Comparing your strength

EOS can show how your strength compares with others. To do that, your sex, body weight, your best lifts in the four main exercises (squat, bench press, deadlift and overhead press) and your strength level are sent to the cloud, linked to your account. This happens automatically once you have given your consent — when you sign in and when you log a lift or your body weight.

Only these figures are used for the comparison — the rest of your logbook, such as your full history, notes and other exercises, is never used for it. Other users never see your individual numbers, only combined statistics.

04EOS Pro and purchases

If you buy EOS Pro, the purchase is processed by Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details. We store a purchase receipt from Google Play and your Pro status in the cloud, so the app can verify your access.

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Google Play account — deleting your EOS account does not cancel a subscription.

05Services we rely on

To run the app and your account, EOS uses a small, deliberate set of trusted services:

SupabaseHandles your sign-in and keeps your account secure.
CloudflareStores your synced training data, the comparison figures and your Pro status, and runs the website domain and our email.
Google PlayProcesses EOS Pro purchases. We receive a receipt — never your payment details.

As part of normal web traffic, these services may see technical details such as your IP address — the same as visiting any website. EOS uses no advertising networks and no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web. The typefaces and graphs are bundled with the app and this website — nothing is fetched from third parties to show them.

06We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers. Full stop.

07You are in control

Download a backup

Any time, you can export a complete backup of your data from inside the app and keep it yourself.

Delete your account and data

You can remove everything in two ways: use the Delete account button inside the app, or email us at feedback@evoofstrength.com and ask us to delete your account. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days.

Either way, your account and all of its data are erased — on your device and in the cloud, including the comparison figures and purchase receipts.

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

08Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page. The “last updated” date at the top always tells you when it last changed.
