We've added over 230 new standard exercises. If you previously created your own exercise (e.g. “Knebøy”) you can move the logs to the new standard exercise (“Squat”). That way your strength progress is gathered in one place.
You can also do this later from Settings.
This cannot be undone.
Would you rather move the logs to another exercise first?
Select the date you started day 1 of your current split cycle.
Enter hypothetical 1RM values to see how ratios and balance targets change.
Your training logs, body weight, exercises and settings are stored locally on your device. A backup is also sent to the cloud, so you can sign in on a new device and pick up where you left off.
Your email address is used for login only. It's not shared with anyone.
Comparison with other users: When you open the comparison feature, an anonymous strength-level number is sent to the cloud so we can show how you stack up against other EOS users. Your actual training data is not shared.
You own your data. You can download a backup at any time in settings. If you delete your account, everything is deleted – both from your device and from the cloud.
We don't sell your data and don't share it with third parties.

Evo of Strength is built around the xRM philosophy – you log what you actually lift in training, and the app estimates your 1RM automatically via Epley, Brzycki or the average of both. You don't need to lift to failure to get a good estimate.
RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) is a scale from 1–10 that describes how hard a set felt, based on how many reps you had left in the tank:
RPE 6 → 4 reps left
RPE 7 → 3 reps left
RPE 8 → 2 reps left
RPE 9 → 1 rep left
RPE 10 → 0 reps left (max effort)
RIR (Reps in Reserve) is the same concept flipped around – you enter directly how many reps you had left. RIR 2 means you had 2 reps left, i.e. RPE 8. Use whichever feels most intuitive.
In the Split tab you see today's programme – tap an exercise to jump straight to logging. In the Graph tab you can track your strength progress over time. Good luck! 🏋️
In the Graphs tab you'll find analysis cards like Strength Balance and Strength Profile.
Exercises are now in English (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift etc.). Logs and splits are untouched – linked by ID, not name.
